Shipping Policy

I hand ship products in soft mailers, to ensure detail and quality. Once an order is placed it will be processed and the material will be sourced to begin the creation of your bespoke piece. Because products are made to order, please understand that they will take 5-10 days to complete a piece. Once the piece is completed it will be quality checked, taken to the post office, and will be shipped to you! You will receive an email confirming the piece is complete and shipped, along with the tracking number of the package. Expect to have received the product within the standard 3-5 business days. There may be delays due to an influx of orders or USPS issues, in this event I will notify you.

I, unfortunately, cannot offer rush shipping for pieces since they are made to order and I cannot expedite the process of hand sourcing and hand sewing your piece any quicker!

Return & Exchange Policy

Because pieces are made to order customized to the information of the purchaser, returns or exchanges are not accepted. If you do not love the product you received or there is an issue with the product you received, please contact me and I will do what I can to amend it.

For missing items, I, unfortunately, do not have control over this and it is an issue with USPS' end. I will absolutely work with you to file a claim.
